Scheduling Priorities

• I will try to schedule the most pressing calls first.
• A "press down" situation, with an urgent job to run, would go to the top of the list.
• That being said, however, it's understood that I am not able to simply abandon a job in progress.

Scheduling Notes

• scheduling can be done by e-mail, fax, or phone.
• when leaving phone messages, please leave a short message only.
• when requesting service by e-mail or fax, please be specific:
  • type of press
  • type of service requested
  • what specific problems need to be addressed
  • when you would like the service call
  • any pre-requisites you're aware of ... parts needed, special tools, etc.
• I will respond with a confirmation, or to discuss alternatives, as soon as possible.

Note: please call the cell phone only for urgent matters. You don't want me spending half of my time at your facility on the phone with other customers, and they feel the same way. Feel free to use it when you really need to speak to me and I'm away from the office ... but please don't abuse it.
